How the program works!
1- The volunteer program works as a network of cores and each core has subject matter/products in which they will work towards completing. This network of cores, interacts with each other to complete the overall goal/mission of PHM and that will be done by producing products respective to your applied/assigned core, where you will choose roles/responsibilities that align with your expertise or an area in which you are interested in developing new skills. As you see here, there can be multiple people who work together to complete one product, but also, if someone wants to take on multiple roles to complete a larger portion of a product, they can do so. There is no limit to how much you may volunteer or try other areas/cores/products to further your own growth and help streamline the process of achieving PHMs goals!
